Welcome everyone to my site BEZDOGANNO!

My name is Dmitry, and I collect cameras. My journey into the world of photography began in 1986 with the FED-2 camera.

I categorize my collection as follows:

1. Personal Cameras - Here I showcase the cameras I have used for a long time and will never sell under any circumstances. These cameras have a zero price.

2. Exhibits - This includes cameras that cannot take pictures but have a good appearance and can be part of the interior or a visual example of a part of the history of photography development. These cameras are given the status "Not suitable for photography".

3. Cameras. Here are the cameras that have been brought to working condition. Some are apparently working, but have not been tested with film. Some have been tested with film and have 100 percent confirmation of their functionality. These cameras are given the status Suitable for photography. If a camera looks almost new, it is given the status "Perfect".

I also offer Camera Rentals. You can rent a working camera presented in the Rental section.

Here you can purchase books about photography and personalities from the world of photography, as well as fiction books where the main characters are photographers.

In the Blog section, I write about my impressions from testing cameras with film, and publish articles that I believe are worth the attention of amateur photographers like myself.

Here you can purchase verified film cameras.

I personally check the cameras: I take photos with them on film and test all their possible functions.

I do this to determine the suitability of the camera for its intended use, namely, to take photographs.

Camera Suitability.

Cameras receive the statuses "Flawless" and "Suitable" only after being tested with film.

If a camera takes sharp photos, and the shutter speed and aperture correspond to their values, it receives the status "Flawless".

However, if I find any, even insignificant, non-working function, such as: the self-timer does not work, or the flash sync contact does not operate, or something else that limits its capabilities, it receives the status "Suitable".

For example, Kodak Retina 1a takes great pictures, but the shutter speeds 1s, 1/2s, and 1/5s do not work correctly, and the minimum focusing distance is not 1m, but 1.2m. Otherwise, the camera takes flawless photos! But it receives the status "Suitable".

Here is another example: Kodak Junior 1. It only has one shutter speed - 1/50s and an aperture of 11. The lens does not have a focusing mechanism - it is set to hyperfocal distance. It is Flawless for work, as it fully meets the stated characteristics. But which camera would you prefer? The answer is obvious. Even though the Retina 1a has the status "Suitable", it far surpasses the clumsy Junior 1.

Some cameras seem to work perfectly at first glance and could be considered "suitable", but if I haven't tested them with film, they have the status "Not Tested".

Cameras that are obviously not working receive the status "Not Suitable".

Cameras for sale are listed with a detailed description of their technical condition, especially those with the status "Limited Suitable". There is much to tell and highlight.

Regarding availability statuses.

Available. Cameras with this status are available for purchase
In transit. The camera has been purchased and is on its way to me.
Expected. The camera is in stock but not yet ready for sale for some reason. It is usually being repaired. Sometimes I don't immediately detect all defects, and it is sent back to the repair shop. Or the camera currently has film in it, and I am taking photos with it. Or it is being rented. As soon as the camera becomes available for sale, it receives the status "Available".
Sold. Each item is sold as a unique piece. Therefore, if an item is sold, it will receive this status and remain on the site.
Out of stock. This status will be given to cameras that I would love to purchase, test, and put up for sale.
Not for sale. My personal cameras, lenses, etc.
